30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DoxByDux PDF within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
Subscription Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
- First-time subscribers: Full refund within 30 days of initial payment
- Renewal payments: No refunds for subsequent monthly billing cycles
- Cancellations: Service continues until end of paid period, no partial refunds
- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle, no refunds for current period
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to billing@doxbydux.com
- Include your account email and transaction details
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds are returned via the original payment method
Payment Disputes
If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error:
- Contact us immediately at billing@doxbydux.com
- Provide transaction date and amount
- We will investigate within 3 business days
- Unauthorized charges will be refunded immediately
Service Issues
In case of service outages or technical problems:
- Contact support@doxbydux.com with issue details
- We will attempt to resolve the problem promptly
- Extended outages may result in account credit
- Credits are applied to next billing cycle
- No refunds for brief interruptions (less than 4 hours)
Data Loss
While we maintain robust backup systems, we are not liable for data loss. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We recommend exporting important documents regularly.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Manage Billing"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period end
- Export documents before expiration
Mobile Money Refunds
Refunds for Mobile Money payments (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa) are processed back to the original payment phone number. Processing time may take 5-7 business days depending on the mobile money provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Account termination due to terms of service violations
- Subscription renewals beyond the 30-day guarantee period
- Unused subscription time (partial month refunds)
- Feature requests or missing functionality
- User error or misunderstanding of features
